AlphaEgg 詞典筆 產品保養條例
消費者通過合法授權渠道購買的產品,若出現非人為損壞的性能故障,經淘雲科技(香港)有限公司檢測確定,可享有我司產品保養服務。 本條例有中英雙語版本,如有雙語版本理解不同,請以中文版本為準;淘雲科技(香港)有限公司保留條例的全部解釋權利。
一、保養服務
- 如需要使用保養服務,請聯絡淘雲科技(香港)有限公司或本公司授權的購買渠道,並提供產品的 SN 號和購買憑證或票據。(SN 號可在產品背面貼紙或包裝條形碼貼紙處查詢)
- 保養期起於用戶聯網激活之日,止於聯網激活之日後的第 365 日(包括第 365 日,共 366 日)。如保養期涵蓋 2 月 29 日則順延一日。(例:若於 2025 年 5 月 1 日激活,保養期止於 2026 年 5 月 1 日)
- 保養期內,產品主機若出現非人為損壞的性能故障,經本公司檢測確定,可以免費換機或維修。
- 自購機之日起 14 天內,產品主機若出現非人為損壞的性能故障,經本公司檢測確定,可退貨、換貨或免費換機維修。
- 隨機附件(充電線)的保養有效期為購機之日起 3 個月;在有效期內如出現非人為損壞的性能故障,經本公司檢測確定,可更換附件或免費維修。
- 對產品的其他配置(例如使用說明書、保修卡等)不承擔保養責任。
二、非保機範圍
- 超過保養有效期。
- 無法提供 SN 號及有效購買憑證(但能夠證明該產品在保養服務有效期內的除外);憑證內容與商品實物標識不符或有塗改。
- 任何軟件產品或存儲數據的丟失或泄露。
- 因疏忽、過失、濫用、誤用或不正當操作造成的損壞(如液體侵入、淋濕、人為損壞、摔壞、變形或意外事件造成的損壞等)。
- 用戶自行拆機,或未經授權機構維修和改裝。
- 連接不適當的配件、未依說明書使用、運輸或其他意外造成的損壞。
- 機器外表各種標籤、零部件(包括但不限於外殼、按鍵、顯示屏、附件等)、自耗零件及因長期使用造成的自然磨損。
- 不可抗力造成的損壞,如雷擊、水災、火災、地震等。
注:屬於「非保機範圍」的產品送修,售後服務中心將收取合理的維修費用。
三、保養條例限制
- 本保養條例僅適用於公司在香港境內銷售的產品。
- 本保養條例適用於從公司或公司授權的購買渠道處購買該產品的消費者。
- 保養服務需憑產品 SN 號和有效購買憑證辦理。
- 屬於「非保機範圍」(見第 2 部)的情況,無法享受產品保養服務。

PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY for AlphaEgg Dictionary Pen
Consumers who purchase products through authorized channels are entitled to our product warranty service in the event of non-human-damage malfunctions, upon inspection by Toycloud Technology (Hong Kong) Co Ltd. This document is provided in both Chinese and English; in case of discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail. The company reserves all rights of interpretation.
1. Warranty Service
- Contact Toycloud Technology (Hong Kong) Co Ltd or authorized channels and provide the product SN and proof of purchase (SN on the product back sticker or package barcode sticker).
- Warranty starts on the first internet activation date and ends on the 365th day after (inclusive, total 366 days). If the period includes Feb 29, it extends by one day (e.g., activation on 1 May 2025 ends on 1 May 2026).
- During the warranty, confirmed non-human-damage malfunctions are eligible for free unit replacement or repair.
- Within 14 days of purchase, confirmed non-human-damage malfunctions are eligible for return, exchange, or free replacement/repair.
- Included accessories (charging cable) have a 3-month warranty from purchase; confirmed faults are eligible for free replacement/repair.
- No warranty for other components (e.g., user manual, warranty card, etc.).
2. Warranty Exclusions
- Beyond the valid warranty period.
- Cannot provide SN and valid proof of purchase (unless warranty validity can otherwise be proven); mismatch or alteration on proof of purchase.
- Loss/leakage of software or stored data.
- Damage due to negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, or improper operation (e.g., liquid ingress, moisture, human-caused damage, drops, deformation, accidental physical damage).
- User disassembly, or unauthorized repair/modification.
- Connection to incompatible accessories, failure to follow the manual, or damage during transportation/other accidents.
- External labels/components (including but not limited to case, buttons, display, accessories), consumables, and natural wear from long-term use.
- Force majeure (lightning, flood, fire, earthquake, typhoon, etc.).
Note: Items under the above exclusions will incur a reasonable repair fee if sent for service.
3. Warranty Limitations
- Applies only to products sold within Hong Kong SAR.
- Applies to consumers who purchased from Toycloud Technology (Hong Kong) Co Ltd or authorized channels.
- Warranty service requires the product SN and valid proof of purchase.
- Products under “Warranty Exclusions” (Section 2) are ineligible for warranty service.
